Family Health Centers of San Diego
Family Health Centers of San Diego is a family of community health centers that provide medical, dental and mental health care services. Everyone is welcome at Family Health Centers’ 28 convenient locations in San Diego County where Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and many other insurance plans are accepted. Family Health Centers of San Diego also offers discounted rates for patients that do not qualify for a program to cover the cost of their care. Council of Community Clinics
San Diego’s Council of Community Clinics supports 17 community clinic and health care organizations that provide access to quality health care for low-income and uninsured populations. 2-1-1
2-1-1 is an information and referral service focused on helping members of the community find health and social service programs and classes. This free, phone-based service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help those in need gain access to 5,000 health and human service programs available in the county from more than 2,000 community agencies.
