Mandatory Requirements
The attendance of faculty orientation is required annually for all instructors bringing students to any Sharp HealthCare facility. This includes instructors who are Sharp employees. Instructors who oversee preceptorships should contact Barbara DeFulvio via email or phone.

Registration for Faculty Orientation
To register for the faculty orientation schedule, please call 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277) or visit Classes & Events, scroll down to Employee Education and choose Faculty Orientation. Classes are offered monthly.

On your scheduled orientation day, please bring your completed Clinical Faculty Competency Answer Sheet. Sharp employees: Please bring your latest Net Learning transcripts.

  • Please bring your RN license on orientation day
  • The education modules provide the information on which you will be tested
  • The test questions correspond to each module
