We hope the information contained within this web page will be helpful for you to complete your faculty orientation requirements, learn about The Sharp Experience and to have Guidelines and Compliance forms readily available to you.

 

The Completion of Faculty Competencies and Accuchek are required annually.

 

You must have the completed Answer Sheet and Certificate of Understanding form before your scheduled orientation day.

  • The Answer Sheet to record your answers is located in the Instructor Materials
  • The Education Modules provide the information on which you will be tested
  • The Test Questions correspond to each module
