Student Education Modules

All students are required to read and submit the compliance modules listed below. See directions for submission below.

Read the following:

Submit the following:
  • HIPAA
    -    Print and sign page 45 of HIPAA module
    -    Nursing students: Return to the school
    -    Non-nursing students: Submit as directed on the home page
  • Student Compliance Answer Sheet 2012-13
  • -Print this one-page answer sheet (found at Student Orientation Materials and Forms)
    -    Record your answers on the answer sheet (not the test questions)
    -    Nursing students: Submit to your school to be put in your file
    -    Non-nursing students: Submit as directed on the home page
