An experienced program manager will answer questions prior to hospital admission and work with hospital staff during your stay to ensure special needs are understood and met. If a hospital stay is not planned in the near future, the program manager can discuss arrangements for future care and for medical emergencies. The program manager can assist Spanish-speaking clients as well.
