  • Connect patients with available community resources, services and support, such as the Meet the Pathologist program (offered at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center)
  • Guide patients and their families through the complexities of the health care system
  • Help patients obtain prostheses and wigs
  • Help patients understand their treatment options
  • Identify financial assistance that matches health care needs
  • Provide patients with compassionate, ongoing support from diagnosis through treatment
  • Provide translation services and transportation assistance
