The hospital's gift shop is located on the lobby floor and offers gift and seasonal items, fresh flowers, balloons, cards, toiletries, beverages, snacks and more. Complimentary gift-wrapping and delivery to patient rooms is available. Parking
Please be advised that parking at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center is currently impacted due to ongoing construction projects.

If you are coming to the hospital, please allow ample time to find parking. Parking is available in the structure located near the main hospital entrance or the large lot located behind the main hospital, which can be accessed by turning into the driveway for the 765 medical office building.

Please do not park in the lot located across the street from the main hospital unless you are a patient or visitor going to the 750, 752 or 754 medical office buildings. Thank you for your patience during this exciting time of expansion at Sharp Chula Vista.

Patient Safety Concerns
Any patient or family member with a patient safety or patient care concern or complaint that is not being addressed should promptly ask a nurse or employee to assist in contacting a hospital manager or supervisor. If you believe that a patient's needs have not been met, please contact Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center's Patient Relations Department at 619-502-5858 to speak with a patient relations representative.

Visiting Hours
8 am to 8 pm

Visitors are limited to one to two adults (age 15 and older) or one adult and two children (age 14 and under); children are allowed for a maximum of 15 minutes per hour. Visitors to the ICU are welcome at all times except during shift changes, which are from 7 to 8 am and from 7 to 8 pm.

Quiet Time
For the comfort of our patients, quiet time is enforced from 8 pm to 8 am. During this time, lights are dimmed, overhead pages are limited and visitors are asked to talk in lowered voices and silence/lower cell phone ringtones. Earplugs are available.
