If you are a full- or part-time employee assigned and working 40 or more hours per pay period, you may be eligible for Sharp HealthCare's education reimbursement program.
How to Check Your Account Balance
Check your education reimbursement account balance at Igoe & Company. Follow the instructions below:
- Go to www.goigoe.com and click “Flex Login.”
- First-time users will be required to create an account. To do so, click “Set Up New Login.” Then, enter your Social Security Number, the 4-digit code 0139 and click “Next.” Then, enter your e-mail address and create a password.
- Once your account is created, you can login using your email address and password. At the time of setup, you may select the option to have a statement of account emailed to you on the first of every month.
- Select “Account Balance” on the browser.
Account Balance and Payment
If you have an education reimbursement account balance sufficient to fund the cost of the coursework, you may select the “Sharp Employee Education Benefit” option when registering for a class. If you select this option, your registration will be submitted to Igoe & Company for payment once you have completed the class, seminar or coursework.
If you do not have education reimbursement funds available at that time, you are personally responsible for providing payment (personal check or credit card) to the department sponsoring the class, seminar or coursework.
If you have recently moved, you must update your address in Lawson to be eligible for education benefits. Education reimbursement payments will not be processed if your address does not match the address in Lawson.
Employees using this option are also subject to the stated textbook, transfer, refund or cancellation policies and are personally responsible for associated fees.
Per Diem Employees and Volunteers
Please note that per diem employees are not eligible to receive education benefits. Sharp volunteers may wish to call 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277) for additional information regarding these classes.
