Take advantage of these classes offered at the Sewall Healthy Living Center at Sharp Coronado Hospital, a fitness facility that provides a safe, welcoming environment for people of all ages and abilities. All classes are subject to cancellation.

Gentle Fitness (Studio; 40 minutes): Basic strength and toning exercises using a variety of equipment in seated positions.

Simple Yoga (Studio; 50 minutes): Seated and standing positions with a chair (floor postures optional) to focus on proper alignment, balance, strength and breath awareness. 

Stretch and Balance (Studio; 30 minutes): Basic movements to help increase flexibility and stability during daily activities. Must be screened for balance prior to enrolling.

Tai Chi for Balance (Studio; 50 minutes): Seated and standing positions to enhance balance and ease of movement. 

Therapeutic Yoga (Studio; 50 minutes): A combination of gentle and restorative Hatha yoga, designed to develop breathing techniques, increase range of motion and flexibility, release stress and give an overall feeling of mental well being. All levels are welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga (Sandermann Auditorium; 60 minutes): A challenging and dynamic "flow" styled yoga class. Enjoy a full-body workout, take your strength and balance to the next level, and improve mental focus by connecting breath to movement.
