Baby and Me Pilates Pass: Restore Your Core
Does your core need some well-deserved attention after pregnancy and childbirth? Attend our Baby and Me Pilates class and learn how to retrain and strengthen your abdominal muscles to avoid common postpartum problems such as persistent back pain, separation and incontinence.
A physical therapist will lead new moms through safe and effective Pilates-based mat exercises and provide tips on how to perform daily activities with reduced strain on your body. She is also available to address other concerns regarding your postpartum physical recovery.
Moms should be at least six to eight weeks postpartum. Pre-crawling babies are also welcome and will be included in the Pilates practice. The first class is free.
