Attend this class to learn basic infant sleep techniques that will help establish a routine to ensure baby sleeps well. During this class you will also learn how much your newborn should sleep and when you can expect your baby to sleep through the night.

Other topics addressed include:

  • Understanding infant behavior
  • Infant sleeping patterns
  • Sleeples baby issues
  • Sleep habits
  • Importance of establishing a bedtime routine
  • Reducing risk of SIDS
  • Choosing the appropriate bed (crib, co-sleeper, family bed)

This class is open to anyone who will take care of a newborn, including parents, grandparents and caretakers. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers and a free booklet will be provided to participants who attend the class.

For Couple: A fee of $10 will be deducted from the amount paid if you cancel your registration less than 3 days before the event.
