Attend this 45-minute group exercise class to learn how to strengthen your body and reduce your risk for falling by improving your ability to control and maintain your body's position — whether you are moving or still. This class counteracts the effects of aging by enhancing your balance, sharpening your reflexes and building lean muscle mass.
