Presented by Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital

At this monthly one-hour education group, you will learn  more about cognitive behavior therapy — a research-based treatment approach to mood disturbances and behavior problems. This form of psychotherapy helps identify the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and their impact on life situations.

It can help treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, phobias, anx-iety, anger, relationship problems, grief and loss and most other difficulties that bring people to therapy.

Schedule

The February meeting will cover how to set healthy boundaries in love, work and family relationships, as well as saying no to unhealthy requests or people in your life. The lecture will be presented by Amber R. Salvador, a doctor of psychology and program therapist at Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital.
