At this monthly one-hour education group, you will learn more about cognitive behavior therapy — a research-based treatment approach to mood disturbances and behavior problems. This form of psychotherapy helps identify the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and their impact on life situations.
It can help treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, phobias, anxiety, anger, relationship problems, grief and loss and most other difficulties that bring people to therapy.
Parking is available in front of the hospital.
MFTs/LCSWs: Course meets the qualifications for 1 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Science. Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital is an approved provider for CEUs for MFT and/or LCSW professionals (PCE 4690).
