Food for Life Nutrition Series
Learn secret nutrition and cooking tips that have been shown to help with prevention or increase survival of cancer and other chronic diseases at this six-class series. Each hour-and-a-half-long class consists of lessons on two nutrition-focused areas, a live cooking demonstrationand plenty of food samples of delicious cancer-fighting meals that are sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.
This class series is being presented by The Cancer Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to nutrition education and research for cancer prevention and survival.
Please note, there will be no class meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 30.
