Golf Fitness Class

Come to this series of three classes to improve your golf game after an injury and learn how to avoid future injuries.

This class series offers an education on swing mechanics, injury prevention, golf conditioning and how you can return to the golf course after surgery or an injury.
Each participant will receive a video assessment of their swing, stretching and conditioning recommendations and education on injury prevention for their individual golf game. This class is open to all skill levels.

This course is taught by Rhad Brown, a Titleist Performance Institute-certified level II golf fitness instructor and physical therapist.
The first class meeting will be to determine your physical ability level. The second class will analyze swing faults and the last session will take place on the golf range to practice any changes that have been made. Each of the last two meetings include video analysis.
The first two meetings take place in the classroom and the last date will be at the golf range. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to the first class.
What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing that enables you to easily move around. Partcipants do not have to bring their golf clubs or shoes the first class date.
The parking lot is accessible from Guava Avenue.
