This free workshop is designed to help cancer patients and their loved ones with fatigue and sleep issues that are common side effects both during and after treatment.

Our cancer patient navigator will provide tips and strategies to teach you how to relax, improve your sleep and manage persistent fatigue.

Parking Information plus

Park in the Visitor Parking Structure (No. 2). Parking is free for visits under an hour. For one- to four-hour visits, the rate is $3. Fees beyond 4 hours are an additional $2 every 15 minutes with a maximum of $20 a day. A multiday parking pass is available from the parking attendant for $15.

Presenter Information plus

Kristi Vetrand, RN, BSN, is a cancer patient navigator at Sharp Grossmont Hospital's Cancer Center. She has many years of experience working with cancer patients and their loved ones. She also has a special interest in alternative and complementary therapies that provide relief to patients.
