Presented by Sharp Memorial Hospital

The health of your brain plays a critical role in almost everything you do. From thinking to feeling to remembering, it's important to maximize the health of your brain — especially as you age.

At this free class presented by the Alzheimer's Association, learn how physical exercise can actually improve brain health. The instructor will also cover how to adopt a brain-healthy diet, how social interaction can help maintain brain cell connections and how engaging in mentally stimulating activities, such as crossword puzzles, may create new nerve cells.
