This class is for patients who have been diagnosed with prediabetes or patients who are at risk of developing diabetes.

This class is for patients who have been diagnosed with prediabetes (previously called borderline diabetes) or patients who are at risk of developing diabetes. The focus of the class is on understanding the factors that contribute to developing diabetes and how to slow the progression to Type 2 diabetes by healthy lifestyle changes. The emphasis is on good nutrition and keeping active.

For Standard: A fee of $10 will be deducted from the amount paid if you cancel your registration less than 3 days before the event.
This class is taught by a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator.

Please bring a notepad and a pen or pencil to write down notes.
Free parking is available in the large lots in front of the building. Parking for Urgent Care is available in the rear of the building.
