Press Ganey 101 Class for Medical Group Employees

This class is designed for anyone using the Press Ganey tools to monitor and improve Patient Satisfaction scores, HCAHPS, and survey distribution.

This course is an introduction to the patient satisfaction survey and is designed for anyone using the Press Ganey tools to monitor and improve patient satisfaction. Anyone who has not yet received training on this tool is encouraged to attend.
We will review:
- The survey process and methodology including who receives the survey and what survey they receive
- What the survey looks like
- How to access the data
- Resources available to you
This course will serve as the precursor for Press Ganey 201 – Report Interpretation.

This course will be led by Courtney Johnson, a senior specialist in consumer research, and Holly Miodek, a consumer research analyst.
Free visitor parking is available from the lot entrance on Spectrum Center Boulevard. Employee parking is available in the front, back and side of the Spectrum building. The four entrances on Tech Way require an activated employee badge.
