- Develop proactive intervention plans
If you need to cancel your registration for this event, please call 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277) Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, or login to your account to cancel online.
Sharp HealthCare staff members are required to complete a Pro-Act Parts I and II class every other year.
Pro-Act Renewal needs to be completed during the years that Pro-Act Part I and Part II are not needed. For example, if an employee completes Pro-Act I and Pro-Act II in 2010, they would then be required to complete ProAct Renewal in 2011, and to complete another two-day class in 2012.
Students should check with their manager or department nurse educator to verify which class they need to enroll in if they are unsure.
This course is instructed by Teresa Winkler, MFT, RMT.
Students should bring their RN license number with them to the class if they would like to obtain CEU credit. This course is provider-approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider No. 70) for 16.0 CEU hours for Pro-Act I and Pro-Act II.
CEU hours are not offered for the renewal class.
Parking is available in the visitor parking structure (No. 2). Parking is free for visits under an hour. For one to four-hour visits, the rate is $3. Fees beyond 4 hours are an additional $2 every 15 minutes with a maximum of $20 a day. A multiday parking pass is available from the parking attendant for $15.
