Strength Training for Beginners
This four-session series, taught by a Certified Fitness Instructor, is perfect for the beginner or anyone who is interested in learning simple yet effective strength training exercises using proper technique.
Exercises will be performed using:
- Light hand weights
- Exercise tubing
- Exercise balls
- Your own body weight (all equipment is provided).
At the end of this course you will come away with your own personalized plan that you can continue at home with little to no equipment.
