Workplace Harrassment Prevention Training
Employers who employ 50 or more employees must provide sexual harassment training and education to each supervisory employee once every two years, and to each new supervisory employee within six months of their assumption of a supervisory position.
Sharp HealthCare is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment. This two-hour interactive training session will help supervisors and managers understand their role and responsibilities in accordance to the law and Sharp HealthCare's policy.
This training will:
- Define unlawful harassment
- Explain conduct that violates Sharp HealthCare's policy regarding unlawful harassment
- Describe the supervisor and manager's role once he or she is aware of alleged harassment
