Craving a holiday-inspired drink, but worried about the calories?

Combine HMR shake mix with your favorite holiday flavor to create a guilt-free spin on the coffeehouse classic.

Creamy HMR® Eggnog
Don’t miss out on this seasonal favorite. While one cup of eggnog has more than 200 calories, this version clocks in at around 100 calories.
Yields 1 serving

Ingredients
4 to 6 ounces water
3 ice cubes, preferably crushed
1 serving HMR vanilla shake mix
1/8 teaspoon rum extract
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, for sprinkling

Directions
Pour water into blender. Add shake mix, rum extract and vanilla extract. Blend on low speed adding in ice cubes one at a time. Sprinkle with nutmeg.


Peppermint Mocha
Who needs the calories of a fancy blended drink when you can enjoy this delicious chocolate treat for around 100 calories?
Yields 1 serving

Ingredients
1 serving HMR chocolate shake mix
2 packets no-calorie sweetener
4 drops peppermint extract
8 ounces hot coffee

Directions
Pour coffee into a blender. With the lid slightly open, begin mixing on low speed. Add shake mix, sweetener and peppermint extract. Continue blending until mixed well.
