HMR® Summer Barbecue Chicken
Yields 1 serving
1 HMR Chicken with Barbecue Sauce entree
2 cups sliced zucchini and summer squash
Red pepper flakes to taste
Sauté the zucchini and squash in a pan with nonstick cooking spray until tender. Microwave entree 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Combine vegetables with entree. Season to taste. You can pair additional vegetables as sides such as corn, green beans or pinto, black or kidney beans.
