Commercial Drug Formulary

Search Sharp Health Plan's drug formulary to find covered prescription medications. If you are unsure whether your benefits include prescription drugs, please look in your Member Handbook or call our Customer Care team at 619-228-2300 or toll-free at 1-800-359-2002, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
