Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns
New Beginnings Boutique & Gift Shop at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital
A unique resource center for breastfeeding moms.
The New Beginnings Boutique & Gift Shop is more than booties and balloons. It's an experience — designed with you in mind. Staffed seven days a week by certified lactation educators, we offer a large selection of nursing bras, breast pumps for sale and rent, breastfeeding accessories and more. Even better, we provide guidance and support.
We're here to make breastfeeding easier.
Our lactation educators know breastfeeding can be difficult, and that positioning takes patience and experimentation. They know which struggles are common, and which should be mentioned to a doctor. They know baby weight milestones, and can assist you with the in-store scale. But most of all, they know that every mom and baby are different. And oftentimes, advice and reassurance is what's needed most of all.
Gift giving made simple.
Our gift shop provides specialty gifts that can be purchased in store or by phone. By calling us directly, a sales associate can assist you in choosing gifts and personally take them to a patient. Our gifts include stuffed animals, flowers, greeting cards, balloons and much more. Our shop also provides magazines, toiletries and snacks. Proceeds from gift-shop sales go directly to the Sharp Memorial Auxiliary to fund programs and projects for Sharp Mary Birch Hospital and Sharp Memorial Hospital.
