Used alongside standard medical treatment, our integrative therapies help to alleviate stress, reduce pain and anxiety and manage symptoms you may be experiencing. We offer therapeutic massage, yoga, acupuncture, Reiki and somatic experiencing.

Not only can our experienced, professional massage therapists help ease stress, release muscle tension and relieve pain, they can also help address symptoms of carpal tunnel, TMJ, whiplash, sciatica, headaches, fibromyalgia, insomnia and more.
Experience relief through our aromatherapy massage and through expert prenatal and perinatal massage, which decrease muscle aches, joint pain and depression and help improve labor outcomes. We also offer deep tissue and Swedish circulatory massages.
Massages are $70 for 50 minutes and $110 for 90 minutes. Discount pricing is available for seniors 55 and over as well as employees (Sharp physicians, staff and volunteers) — $55 for 50 minutes and $90 for 90 minutes.

Our expert acupuncture practitioners can help relieve pain, increase mobility and restore balance. Acupuncture may help address the symptoms of many conditions, such as pain, addiction, anxiety and depression digestive issues, infertility and migraines.
Acupuncture sessions are $85 for the first visit and $75 for follow-up visits. Discount pricing is available for seniors 55 and over as well as employees (Sharp physicians, staff and volunteers) — $70 for the first visit and $60 for follow-up visits. Some insurance plans are accepted.
