Sharp$aver Retirement PlanThe Sharp$aver 401(a) plan includes employee after-tax contributions with matching contributions made by Sharp. This innovative savings plan also provides educational opportunities and expert investment resources to help employees shape their strategies.
Tax-Deferred Retirement ProgramThe tax-deferred program is a long-term savings plan that offers employees pre-tax contributions with available loan and withdrawal provisions. Because contributions and earnings credited to the tax-deferred account(s) accumulate on a tax-deferred basis, substantial amounts of money may be invested for a surprisingly small cost.
Paid Leave PlanThe paid leave plan provides replacement income while you take time off for rest and relaxation or while you or a family member is recovering from a temporary illness or injury. Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Sick Insurance (ESI) can be used as they are accrued.
