Health Tip: If You Can't Sleep
(HealthDay News) -- If you're not getting enough sleep or your sleep is poor, it's important to figure out what's causing the problem.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggests keeping a sleep diary, and to include:
When you go to bed and what time you actually fall asleep.
What time you wake up.
What time you get out of bed.
When you take naps, and how long they last.
When you exercise.
When you drink alcohol or caffeinated beverages.
