Health Tip: Identify Symptoms of a Sprained Wrist
(HealthDay News) -- It's easy to sprain your wrist during a fall or while playing a sport.
The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons says typical warning signs of a sprained wrist include:
Pain or tenderness, particularly when you move the wrist.
Discoloration or a bruise on the wrist.
A sensation of tearing or popping.
Feeling heat in the wrist.
