Warm up with this delicious, hearty and healthy soup made with nutritious, fiber-rich black beans.
Ingredients
- 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 14 1/2-ounce can low sodium Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 14 1/2-ounce can low sodium diced tomatoes, undrained
- 11-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 4 ribs celery, diced
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
