Black and Blue Berry Smoothie

Get your morning boost of health with minimal effort. In just 10 minutes, you can have a “berry” tasty breakfast, packed with antioxidants, potassium and vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 cup fat-free milk 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice

Directions
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
