Bursting with romantic red pomegranate and heart-healthy dark chocolate, let someone know you love them with these sweet snacks that are scrumptious and good for you, too. For crunch, add bits of toasted walnuts.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 3/4 cup toasted walnut bits, optional
Directions
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Line mini muffin pan with paper liners. Spoon a little bit of melted chocolate in the bottom of each liner.
Sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds on top, then drizzle more melted chocolate. Sprinkle another layer pomegranate seeds. If desired, sprinkle a few walnut bits with each layer of pomegranate seeds. Finish with a drizzle of melted chocolate.
Place in refrigerator until firm.
Makes 16-18 clusters.
