Sharp's outpatient nutrition counseling program provides easily understood materials for promoting behavioral changes. Among these are meal planning, recipe modification, label reading and dining-out instructions. The program also includes:

  • Follow-up visits to assist with the continuation of lifelong healthful eating habits
  • Nutrition and behavior modification counseling and education for you and your family
  • Professional evaluation of your eating and lifestyle habits
