This easy casserole is full of protein and perfect for a busy weeknight dinner or for a group setting.
Ingredients
- 3 10-ounce boxes frozen spinach, thawed, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons light buttery spread
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook for 4 more hours.
