Department of Transportation Announces New Regulations

The Department of Transportation has recently announced new regulations regarding chain of custody forms for testing. Effective Oct. 1, 2011, all Department of Transportation collections are federally mandated to be performed utilizing the new chain of custody forms that identify your specific Department of Transportation agency.

If you have a Department of Transportation program, please review the chain of custody forms to ensure they have your agency (i.e., FAA) preprinted on the forms.
