Hospital Visitor Policy During Flu Season
For the safety of our visitors and patients, Sharp has implemented the following visitation guidelines systemwide:

  • Only one visitor may accompany a patient in a designated triage area
  • Only three visitors at a time are permitted to visit a patient in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum

Individuals who ARE RESTRICTED from visiting patients include:

  • Children 11 years of age and younger
  • People with flu-like symptoms, including:
    -Body aches
    -Cough
    -Diarrhea
    -Fever
    -Runny nose
    -Sore throat

Exceptions: A patient's own children after completing a health assessment form for each child.
