Preparing for Tests and Procedures

Before undergoing a certain test or procedure, it’s a good idea to find out the reason for the test and procedures being done and to learn the medical terminology related to that test or procedure. This can help increase your understanding of the test or procedure and know what questions to ask, which can also help reduce any anxiety.
