Who Can Use mySharp?

Anyone 18 years of age or older can use mySharp™. You will be able to access different features depending on your medical group. At this time, many features are only available to Sharp Rees-Stealy patients.

Sharp hospital and emergency department patients who requested discharge instructions online can view these in mySharp for 30 days from the date of discharge.

If you are a Sharp Rees-Stealy patient, you can:

  • Email your doctor's office
  • Manage other Sharp Rees-Stealy accounts (children, spouse or other loved ones)
  • Pay bills
  • Refill prescriptions
  • Schedule primary care doctor and lab appointments
  • Sign up for and manage email newsletters
  • Update your personal and insurance information
  • View select test results
  • View Sharp hospital and emergency department discharge instructions
  • View your health profile information (allergies, clinical summaries, immunizations, heart rate, blood pressure, etc.)
If you have never had a visit with your Sharp Rees-Stealy primary care doctor, call 858-499-2600 to schedule your first appointment.

After you have scheduled your appointment, you can save time by completing the new patient registration process online. Once you are registered, we will send you a link to sign up for mySharp.

If you have not selected a primary care doctor, call 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277), Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, or search for a Sharp Rees-Stealy doctor online.

If your child or loved one is a Sharp Rees-Stealy patient, you can:

  • Email their doctor's office
  • Pay bills
  • Refill prescriptions
  • Schedule their primary care doctor and lab appointments
  • Update personal and insurance information
  • View select health profile information (allergies, immunizations)
  • View select test results
  • View their Sharp hospital and emergency department discharge instructions

Please note that some information is restricted for 12-17 year olds due to CA law.

If you are not a Sharp Rees-Stealy patient, you can:

  • Manage email newsletters
  • Manage the account of a Sharp Rees-Stealy child or loved one
  • Refill prescriptions
  • View Sharp hospital and emergency department discharge instructions

How Do I Become a Sharp Rees-Stealy Patient?

To become a Sharp Rees-Stealy patient, contact your health insurance plan to let them know you want to choose Sharp Rees-Stealy as your medical care provider. The health plan phone number is located on the back of your patient identification card. Sharp Rees-Stealy accepts most health insurance plans.

Once you've selected a Sharp Rees-Stealy doctor, call 858-499-2600 to schedule your first appointment.

Emancipated minors are not able to sign up for mySharp at this time.
