Sharp Rees-Stealy Set to Open a New Medical Center in Del Mar

The 29,364-square-foot medical center will serve North Coastal San Diego.

SAN DIEGO — Scheduled to open in the fall of 2013, Sharp Rees-Stealy's beautiful new medical center will be located at 2600 Via De La Valle, in the newly remodeled Flower Hill Promenade shopping center that includes Whole Foods and many well-known restaurants and retail shops.

With the leadership of architecture firm AVRP Studios and Barnhart-Reese Construction, the floor plan was designed to maximize the serene views to the south from all waiting areas, including an outdoor balcony with outdoor seating and fountains.

The new medical center will feature 20 primary and specialty care doctors and house on-site laboratory and radiology services.
