To ask about a procedure or pre/post test:
Contact the department where the test is being performed.

To call an ambulance or go to the emergency room:
If you have an injury or condition that you believe is life- or limb-threatening, call 911 immediately. If you believe that a delay will not seriously jeopardize your health, contact your physician's office at 858-499-2600, 24 hours a day.

To refill your prescription at a pharmacy:

  • Contact your pharmacy directly — do not contact your doctor even if there are zero refills available on your prescription.
  • To request a refill from a Sharp Rees-Stealy pharmacy, sign up for mySharp.

To inquire about claim status, eligibility, benefits information, a denial/appeal letter, bill or statement:
