Sharp Rees-Stealy Quality Measures for Timely Care and Service

What was measured?
Patients reported experiences about scheduling appointments when needed and if visits start on time. Patients also rated medical groups on getting help for a problem when the doctor’s office is closed, and getting an answer when calling with a medical question during office hours.

These results are based on a survey of a sample of medical group patients.

Why is it important?
At times it is important to see your doctor quickly. Medical groups that earn high rating consider your health history and concerns when scheduling your appointments.
