Caring for the Caregiver
Sharp Rehab understands the needs of the families and caregivers of brain-injured patients. Specialized educational programs and support groups are available to help those caring for brain-injured patients. Some of these programs include:

  • Ambassadors Club
    Former brain-injured patients and family members are paired with current patients to assist with understanding the caregiver’s role, stress management and the needs of caregivers. 
  • Project Head Coach
    Offers peer support and mentoring for brain-injured patients, family and caregivers.
  • YESS
    Provides education and support on a variety of topics including coping skills, adjustment, family and intimacy, work and school re-entry and support sharing.
