Pain Rehabilitation Services offers a unique interdisciplinary model of treatment focused on improving the quality of life and productivity for people impacted by chronic pain.

A blend of medical, physical and behavioral rehabilitation forms the basis of our program. The result is comprehensive and cost-effective treatment for individuals of all ages.

The People We Serve
Pain Rehabilitation Services is dedicated to improving quality of life for patients experiencing:

  • Muscle and nerve pain persisting beyond the normal healing process (usually three months)
  • Pain interfering with psychosocial, physical and/or vocational functioning

Our philosophy facilitates a pathway to effective healing. Patients must be educated to understand their condition and diagnosis before they can effectively be treated. Patients will learn the sources or triggers that perpetuate tension and pain. Our comprehensive treatment modalities include:

  • Relaxation/stretch 

Referral Information
Pain Rehabilitation Services are available to people throughout San Diego County. We evaluate each unique situation and determine the most appropriate steps in treatment. Sharp is contracted with most insurance providers and worker's compensation carriers and can assist in determining coverage and resource needs.
