Sharp HealthCare Rehabilitation Sports, Recreation and Wellness Program is known for its unique emphasis on integrating physically challenged individuals into the community. Socialization, exercise and leisure activities can often be a catalyst to long-term recovery and can help promote a healthy lifestyle. These services and programs are open to anyone with a physical disability and are offered through the collaborative efforts of Sharp Memorial Rehabilitation Center and Sharp Grossmont Rehabilitation Center.
