Biography

I believe that in family medicine, I can care for the whole family. I also believe in caring for the whole person and the whole health of the mind, body and spirit. My focus is to promote health and disease prevention for all age groups. I have a special interest in adolescent care, women's health, sports medicine and office-based procedures.

When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, cooking, oil painting and spending time with my family and dogs.
