Biography

I have been called "old fashioned" because I take my time listening and treating the whole patient. I am a solo family practitioner with caring values and a sincere approach to helping the patient achieve optimal health. My emphasis is traditional medicine. Patients benefit from my many years of experience, expertise and knowledge from assisting in surgeries.

I enjoy keeping up with medical innovations and literature and regularly attend Continuing Medical Education seminars, classes, conferences and forums. I am a native San Diegan and practice where I was raised. I spend my free time bicycling, reading and attending family gatherings.

Sharp has been my "home hospital" system since 1978. I admire the professionalism of all of the staff members. It is always a caring, welcoming and nurturing facility. The operating room staff is THE BEST!
