In an effort to continually identify improvement opportunities and to provide a satisfying experience for every patient, Sharp Community Medical Group has developed surveys to provide valuable feedback.

Sharp Community Medical Group sends randomly selected patients a survey monthly to measure the services they received from their Sharp Community Medical Group physician and offices. This patient satisfaction survey measures

  • How easy it was to access the physician
  • How timely the appointment was
  • The quality of the care received

Honest responses from our patients are vital to our efforts to continually improve our services.
