Physician members of Sharp Community Medical Group have agreed to standard Principles of Practice.
These standards are intended to establish basic expectations that are essential to success in providing quality care to patients.
Physicians will maintain an unrestricted license to practice medicine in California.
Physicians are to be familiar with the various laws, regulations, codes, etc., relating to the practice of medicine in the State.
Physicians and their staff are expected to be courteous to all patients, respect their privacy, right to information and waiting time.
Personal conduct and demeanor is to be professional at all times. Personal grooming and attire should reflect professional status.
