The professionals at the Sharp Senior Resource Centers provide information about and referrals to Sharp HealthCare and other resources in your community. Learn the positive aspects of aging and how to maintain good health by taking advantage of the many educational seminars hosted at any of the centers.

Our free or low-cost activities include:

  • Lectures — Meet-the-Doctor, Your Amazing Memory, Nursing Skills for the Caregiver, Help! I'm a Caregiver, The Empowered Consumer, Fall Prevention, Taking Charge of Your Arthritis and more

  • Fitness — Take an exercise class or try yoga

  • Safety — Join Project CARE (Community Action to Reach the Elderly), a free service for seniors or disabled adults who live alone, which offers daily phone calls, Vial of Life information and more

  • Screenings — Diabetes, cardiac risk factor, lung function, blood pressure, medication management, stroke, osteoporosis, cancer and more
