Well I’ve always considered myself as being a pioneer. So when you bring on a new challenge I take it on, you know, head on.

They brought in the new da Vinci® program and I said OK I can do that. They said OK then, do it. They allow you to take control of yourself. They allow you an opportunity to actually get involved in a program where you can express and show your leadership abilities or your capabilities or what you can do. And there’s no holding back.

If you give them the idea that you want to do something they give, they make the time for you to get that education. I can honestly say prior to coming to Sharp I’ve never experienced that before.

It’s the caring aspect of … of what you do that makes a difference. And I think that’s the bottom line to The Sharp Experience.

I’m happy working here. So Sharp keeps me happy. I keep the patients happy and everybody’s happy. You cannot help but take the right road to success.
